...I personally love the running scene in the beginning of 28 Weeks Later. Off the top of my head, the final scene of Death Proof. A lot of people didn't like it. I dug it.

it has to be the final scene from there will be blood. its cruel, hilarious, and fulfilling all at once.some other notables are the woodchipper scene in fargo and the funeral in the big lebowski.
I can't think of any really good ones ATM, but the ending of Casino Royale was sick. How he says his c.lassic line and the Bond theme plays for the first time, it got me hyped for QoS.
