How much slaking off can the average human do before it occurs. How long does it take for Muscle atrophy to occur.
In my experience, the human body can take years upon years of slacking before anything happens. :PHow long does it take for Muscle atrophy to occur.
Are you trying to test the limits?
I was under the impression that in order for muscles to atrophy you'd need to do a lot more than slack off. Like not move for 2 months, or spend some time in outer space.
Are you talking about contractures? Because those can star to happen if you don't move for a week or two. Ive seen some really bad ones, where the people can't bend their arms more than 10 degree's, but that kind of contracture takes awhile.

If I remember correctly from my nursing classes, I think 1 whole day spent in bed will lead to 3-5% in muscle loss, and a week something like 10%... Give or take a few percents.
