Can anyone help me find this piece of clothing?

I'm trying to do Christmas shopping but I don't even know what I'm looking for. He describes it as a ''shirt poncho'', basically it's a really loose fitting shirt that resembles a poncho (but I don't think it's made exactly like a poncho, just looks similar) and instead of being made of thick material it's thin, like a t-shirt. Does anyone have any idea what this is called, or where I could find one? This is for a 20 year old male, by the way...Can anyone help me find this piece of clothing?
I think he means one of those poncho seatshirt deals. Its looks like a plain old hoody but with poncho material... I find a link.Can anyone help me find this piece of clothing?
