How in the hell can you possibly get ''zed'' from the letter ''z''? It boggles my mind!
I'm Australian and I have gotten in the habit of saying Zee. =/ I don't know why, it's mot like I ever pronounce the letter in speech and rarely, if ever (aside from now) come across it on its own in text, especially when talking to an American online...Weird.
Zee.
make the same sound that you do with an S and then add your voice to it. bam! Z!
How in the hell can you possibly get ''zed'' from the letter ''z''? It boggles my mind!
Considering you (America) got Zee from Zed (since it was British first) THAT boggles MY mind.

I pronounce it Zed and thus when I sing the alphabet song it doesn't rhyme.

I once had a Canadian math tutor and he kept telling me, ''you have to multiply zed with that number''. I was lost for a good minute until I finally figured out what it meant

It's derived from the original Greek character ''zeta'' as I understand it
I say ''zed.'' I know alot of people who say ''zee,'' but most of them agree that Nissan 350zed sounds better than Nissan 350zee.
