In no particular order.Music, metal specifically.Combat sports, been loving it since I started. Things I love:

1. raindrops on roses
2. whiskers on kittens
3. bright copper kettles
4. warm woolen mittens
5. brown paper packages tied up with strings

Things I hate:

1. cream colored ponies
2. crisp apple streudels
3. doorbells and sleigh bells
4. schnitzel with noodles
5. wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings

I don't approach life with a love/hate mentality.  It's the best way to lose perspective when you focus on things you don't like, or do like.

Love:- Realising I can/will get a girl I thought unattainable- Reaching one of my life's objectives- Listening to music/discussing it- A good meal in good company with good wine...  and whatever comes afterwards- The feeling I get from knowing I've really helped someone Hate- My chronic fatigue- Feeling depressed- Rainy day (unless you got your girl with you and are staying home, then it's a different story) and/or very cold weather- Knowing I've hurt someone who didn't deserve it - Having to get up early in the morning to go to work
Love:1. The idea that there is always hope for tomorrow (unless you get life without parole).2. The fact that life will one day end (good things aren't meant to last forever).3. Music, and the wonders it works.4. People.  A lonely life is not one worth living.5. A deep breath of cool air.  Seriously, what's better? Hate:1. Ignorance2. Greed3.
