Which is truly the most sickest movie you've ever seen?

Bloody, gory, downright disgusting etc etc. Basically a movie that literally made you sick to your stomach, literally!For me it would be:

It's hard to choose but I would have to say Cannibal Holocaust.
The Fly. Its soo scary:cry: i has noe sleep after watching that movie..
I don't watch extremely graphic films. It offers nothing constructive or positive to our culture. The artistic value is relatively low because it's all about shock value. You don't have to be shocking to understand the darkness of human nature.
No movie seeing fake blood and stuff makes me sick to my stomach. Cuz I see real **** in the streets of Memphis everyday and plus I have a fetish to see the most dismembered real **** ever. Emmitt Till was just a beginning same with Nicki Catsouras. **** blood, I wanna see some lungs coughed up.
Hostel, a blow torch to the eye is just.........................yea..
Irreversible was pretty nasty.

I'm no enthusiast for gore, I'll watch gory movies if there is a point behind it, but sometimes I see things and reply simply with ''**** that.'' Especially when it's like someone eating someone else or just someone trying to walk on their two little nubs.

I'm fine with blood and gore so it doesn't make me squeamish.I was unable to sit through Jaws or Deep Blue Sea though.
