hey gamespot dudes to my first topic, after years of video gaming i have noticed that i now have cleary defined gaming thumbs... the one on my left hand which uses the joystick or d-pad has more flexibility than the one i use to mash the buttons. the top joint of it bends to a near 45degree angle but the top joint of the right hand thumb struggles to get to 45degrees. also my knuckle is much larger on my right thumb..am i just weird or is anyone else like this? ? lol my thumbs
Three words: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.:omy thumbs
My right thumb is more ''muscualar'' and curves slightly to the left.It seems as if the human body develops and adapts to the conditions it frequents. For example, I have been skateboarding my whole life. As a result of this, my left calf is larger as is my right thigh muscle (I skate goofy-footed).I think you are fine, nothing to worry about.
My thumbs can bend back to 180 degrees, beat that!
Three words: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.:o
you might be onto something there but i'll probably just see how it goes as i have only really just noticed it, i never really knew what that was before although i was aware of its presence in the medical field. cheers buddy
Probably just muscle development. Fingers/hands have muscles too, just like everywhere else on the body.
