have you ever known someone like this?

I know these people who at one point were basically normal nice people but a few years later they have become religious and have basically become what i hate about religion which is being judgemental about everyone and everything. Now I'm a religious guy myself but i don't go around judging everyone just because they do something i don't really care for and I tend to hate people who do.Do you know anybody who became religious and judgemental at the same time?have you ever known someone like this?

I know people who have become religious but none of them are very preachy, not to me at least.  Could be because I'll out-right argue with people who are preachy.  :P [QUOTE][/QUOTE]

My sister's best friend recently found religion...she's been making my sister go to church with her, and tried to force her to get baptized. My sister doesn't even like to hang out with her anymore because jesus is apparently all she talks about these days...it's a pretty sad way for a life long friendship to end if you ask me.
My Mother didn't turn out like that, but she has gotten a bit more religious in the past few years, mainly because of her cancer though. I think.

I had a girlfriend who tried to convert me to Christianity (I'm agnostic). When she wouldn't give up, I broke up with her.
