I was with AOL. They suck but the actual connection was pretty good. We'd been with them for many many years so they upgraded us from 1meg to 8meg for free. Their customer service is a joke though.
There is virgin cabling in this flat, so I am on Virgin... they are fast, but if something goes wrong they are very difficult to contact and get help from.
Virgin Media have the best deal, but they have a tendancy of cutting you off for days without any fore mention or after explanation.

I went from Comcast/Moto 5100 modem/Linksys WRT54GL router to BT with a combo D-Link modem/router, and I must say, i am pretty pissed with the downgrade in performance! I am currently working on figuring out to milk this crap service for all it's worth, but I DO know it won't include this crap D-Link hardware I was given.

Isn't there a special UK board for UK only questions?
im with SKY Broadband, it was rubbish at first but it has got better (like less disconnections, more consistant speeds etc.)
